Text Box: Text Box: I am not sure where to begin on this one. Casper and I made a 3.5 hour trip to visit the House of Shadows in Sparta, we got a lot more than we expected. We arrived around 7:00 and met up with Mike & Paul. We learned that a team from WWPI (Western Wisconsin Paranormal Investigations) was on sight, apparently they had spent some time in the house and had recorded some sounds they had picked up. They had all of their equipment setup so customers could listen and ask questions. Needless to say some of what I heard gave me goose bumps.

As it turns out this haunt is truly haunted and I believe I snapped a few pictures that would make the story true. Click here to read more and see the pictures.

We did a tour of the house first just to get the real scare and see the house in full production. Afterwards we went back and snapped some photos while the actors were beginning a short break.

I loved this house. They catch you immediately with the first room, let’s just say your in for a ride. The house itself looks very scary, built in the 1920’s as an orphanage, the house has a ton of history. After our tour we met up with Paul and he did a short interview with us.

Next we met with Mike from HOS and Neil from WWPI and took a walk to an old cemetery a short distance away to try and catch more mysteries on film, needless to say we got a few surprises.

We had an awesome time at this haunt and would like to thank the House of Shadows for everything, and hope we get an invite back for the 2010 season.
