While we love what we do, providing your Haunted Attractions with quality photograph(s) and video(s) to use to promote your Haunted Attraction, we recently discovered our work being used for other promotional material other than facebook or Haunted Attraction Websites, even as far as the removal of our logo from photograph(s),  without providing credit to MadeYaScream.com.  Therefore we just want to throw this out as a reminder:

All photograph(s) or video(s) taken by MadeYaScream.com are the property of ‘Made Ya Scream Productions, LLC‘.

While we encourage you to use our photograph(s)/video(s) for your website, facebook fan page or personal facebook page, we do ask that if you plan to use one of our photographs in a promotional video, ad or any additional media outlet that you grant us credit for said photograph(s) or video(s).

Any editing or altering of our photograph(s)/video(s) without permission from Made Ya Scream Productions, LLC would be a copyright violation.  Any removal of our MadeYaScream.com logo from our photograph(s)/video(s) without Made Ya Scream Productions, LLC’s permission would also be a copyright violation.

If there is a special need for a copy of one of our photograph(s) without the MadeYaScream.com logo on it, please contact us by submitting your request to:  info@madeyascream.com.  Please provide the Haunted Attractions name, a description of the photograph(s), as well as the reason for its use.

Trust me we do not want to be hard asses about any of this.  We encourage you to use our materials that’s what they were intended for.  We just want to receive credit for our work as any Haunted Attraction would expect.
