Now that we have wrapped up the Haunted Attraction photos from 2011 I have started thinking about a shit load of projects I still need to get completed in 2012.  Here is a short list of things we will be working on in 2012.

1.  We need a new system for our photos.  We are currently using three different systems on our website for photo displays.  I would like to see us have that down to one before the 2012 season starts.
2. Need to revamp our voting system on the website.  While it worked fine this past season there was a lot more that we truly wanted to do with it.
3. Re-organize and slim down our menu system on MadeYaScream.com.
4. Try and fit in some photo shoots with some local artists in Green Bay to showcase and highlight their work.
5. Iron out the changes we need to make for our Haunted Attraction visits in October.  Each year we have changed our format and I see that trend being much the same for 2012.  We will have more to announce on this in the future.
6. Decisions to make on our video work for the Haunted Attractions.

These are just a few of the things we need to work out in 2012.  On a personal level I have a first draft of a novel completed that I have been working on for the past four or five years, really need to get that 2^nd draft started.  I also have a stack of horror rags and books to catch up on that will probably take months to read.  I also want to get out more and take some photographs, though that may have to wait for a few more months.

Have a few side projects as well, I will be helping to promote a new pet store that will be opening in town that should be fun.  Picturing animals rather than monsters will be new for me but a nice challenge.

All in all this should be an exciting off season for us as we make some of the changes we have talked about as well as accomplishing some other things on a personal level.
